Divine Designs Jewelry is dedicated to providing the highest standard of service. If you have any suggestions / comments or if you need to contact us, please email us using the contact page. 

Divine Designs Jewelry reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, Divine Designs Jewelry reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will first be contacted and become entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. 

Contract Of Sale: Our intention is to respond to all orders within 2-3 working days. You will be sent an email confirmation which will include the full cost of the goods in invoice form and a conformation of dispatch. Orders will be posted to the address stated by you the customer. All items in stock are sent within 2-3 days Monday to Friday. For items that are out of stock, you will be contacted within 2-3 days (working days) and offered a firm date for delivery, the opportunity to reconsider your order or suitable exchange upon request. We will then send you an email to confirm dispatch of your order, only at this point a contract between the two parties for the sale of a product is created. 

Privacy Policy:All information collected will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. 

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Your details will not be passed on to third parties or affiliates. We will give you the chance to accept/refuse any marketing email from us, If you choose to sign up for our newsletter you will have the option to unsubscribe at anytime. Divine Designs Jewelry will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We request you keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. 

Payment and Security: We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. For your security, all card transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit or debit card details. 

Shipping & Handling: We offer postage to a selection of worldwide countries with an array of postal services available; all fees are clearly visible before checkout and you will have the chance to review your order before committing to purchase, for more information on shipping and handling please see Divine Designs Jewelry delivery page. 

Returns Policy: 

Important, please contact our orders team for a return/ exchange code at info@divinedesignsjewelry.com. 

All U.K. orders will be emailed a form for your return package.Please ensure that you write your order number, post code and contact details within the return package. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. Certain items may not be accepted unless they are returned in their sealed condition. For non U.K. customers you will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually at the discretion of Divine Designs jewelry. In addition, returned items that are damaged through the fault of the consumer may not be entitled to a full refund, we advise you package your returns carefully and send with recorded delivery services. 

Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at Divine Designs Jewlery election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Divine Designs Jewelry, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this Web site or any associated site in the event that Divine Designs Jewelry have elected England as the jurisdiction. 

Entire agreement: The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Divine designs jewlery. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a director of Divine Designs jewlery. 

None of the above affects you statutory rights under English Law. Cancelling an order under the Distance Selling Regulations: 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order. We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via email, if your order is submitting and yet to be despatched we advise you email us as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund the order to the account you paid with as long as the whole order is returned. You will be refunded within 30 days. 

We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and traceable as all goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached Divine Designs Jewlery. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the requested cancellation. 

All letters and parcels should be returned to Divine Designs Jewlery, Flat 2, 37 Vernon Terrace, Brighton, BN1 3JH. This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office. 

These terms apply to using the Divine Designs Jewlery web site. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
